Answer
Hi, http://myheart.net/articles/afib-with-rvr-when-the-heart-races-out-of-control/ http://myheart.net/articles/earlobe-crease-and-heart-disease-fact-or-myth/

In general western medicine capsicum is not used in any setting to treat cardiovascular health. I went and looked at the current literature on the subject and found the following. There is some evidence from cell studies and animal models that capsaicin may have a beneficial effect on the endothelial lining of the vessels and therefore may have a role in promoting cardiovascular health. This is limited though as there have been no trials or well developed studies to prove the fact.

Hope that was helpful!
