Question
Are pvcs throughout the day dangerous if you have mild mitral valve prolapse and trivial regurgitation? Is that considered structually abnormal heart? Noo ther heart problems

Answer
Hi Jake,
Please read this:

The mitral valve prolapse and trivial regurgitation is probably an incidental finding when you had your echocardiogram and unrelated to the PVCs. There other factors to determine whether your PVCs are dangerous, such as coronary artery disease or a valve disorder. Your valves are not an issue at this point but you should have them checked out every couple of years unless your symptoms worsen/change.
Hope this helps,
