Question
in all of your time have you ever seen, if so how many and what wall, afib in one wall of the heart.

oh and if you have seen it was in a predominately healthy person or did they have other medical issues?

Atrial fib is remarkably common and is more common with aging

It doesn't happen in once wall of the heart, i think you are a little confused regarding the description, I've attached an article above that may help clarify,
