Heart & Cardiology/Stabbing chest pains

Question
all of my life I have felt stabbing paint in my chest, but disregarded them since they passed quickly. Lately I been feeling the same pains along with my arm being numb. I went to see my Doctor on Friday and she told me I had an incomplete RBBB and told me it was nothing serious but she wanted me to see a cardiologist. The cardiologist is out of town and won't be back until Thursday next week. I still have that same presistant pain. Now I don't know if my mind is playing games with me or I should go to the ER. Please help!!

Answer
Hi Veronica,
It is unlikely your pain is related to an IRBBB. Whether your pain is related to your heart I cannot tell, but you should check your cardiac risks. Please read these links:
