Question
Every time when I sit down or get up I have a gigantic bounce on my chest/heart.
I have it when I,m picking something up from Te ground. When I sitting on my bicycle, when I talk.

I went to te cardioloog I have a bicycle test a echo and ecg. What they have found is extrasystole in the room.

But I am worried because I have it when I speak, I,m picking up something or when I get up. It,s a verry hardly bouncy in the middle of my chest.

Are you verry sure that nothing can happened.

Sorry I am from the Netherlands, I hope you can read this.

Answer
Hi Anja, http://myheart.net/articles/pvc-heart-beats-are-they-dangerous/

Will need some more information, are you healthy otherwise, how old are you?
Do you have shortness of breath or limited exercise capacity?

The reassuring thing is that you went to the cardiologist who will likely have asked you these questions and determined if your symptoms are worrisome. It is also reassuring that your echo test was normal. Extrasystoles are common, and if the heart is normal otherwise and there are no alarm symptoms then you can be generally reassured.

Hope that was helpful,
