Question
Sir am 23yr old and was diagnosed with incomplete right bundle branch block with left axis deviation and left ventricular hypertrophy an year ago
Does smoking and alcohol consumption acclerate the pathogenesis of bundle branch block to complete heart block
Am chronic smoker and drinker since last 4yrs
Can going to gym help to cope up with this condition

Answer
Hi, http://myheart.net/articles/

I am not aware of smoking and drinking accelerating conduction system disease. Chronic smoking and drinking are known to be detrimental to cardiovascular health and of course the advice is to cut back and preferentially stop,

Hope that was helpful.
