Hi 39 male .I suffer from sinus tachycardia I take 100 mg atenenol I had a cardiac ct 9 months ago calcium score 4 I am on crestor 5mg and norvasc 2.5 mg lately I feel more pronounced heart palpitations.  And my center chest pain is squeezing burning type . I do also take prilosec 20mg day idk what I should do . I take Xanax daily .25 as needed do u think this is heart related or not

Your tests are negative for heart disease, but since you are treated for a lipid problem and hypertension, I assume you are at some risk in the future. You can check that here:
A low Ca score has little meaning and I don't recommend using this test as there are better alternatives. Your risk for developing atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries or blockages) includes health factors that indicate your chance of having a cardiovascular event such as heart attack or stroke
Age,
Hereditary factors,
Cholesterol.High lood pressure,
Diabetes
Weight,
Smoking,
Exercise (lack of).
However, even this low Ca score means you may have some evidence of early atherosclerosis a high cholesterol. If so, you'll have a higher risk of coronary artery disease that my cause angina and a heart attack. You can calculate this here.
At your age you should look at what it takes to live a heart-healthy life style.
What role anxiety plays I can't tell from here.
