Question i was watching t.v and out of the blue my left chest muscle started to spasm it was mot painful as so much annoying it continued all night.it would stop for a few seconds than start then stop then start.iam 28 yr old healthy male,i exercise,try to eat right

No problem, I think. But what do you mean by spasm? Did you see the skin twitch? How do you know you had spasm of the left pectoral muscle? I think spasm of a skeletal muscle would cause pain. At any rate, you can ignore it unless some other muxcle starts to spasm. Then you should see a neurologist to be sure you don't have Lou Gehrig's disorder.
