Question
I have a brand new townhouse about 2000sq ft. The heat/cooling unit is new. Heat worked fine all winter, had the unit off for about 10 days or so since the weather was so nice. Turned it on to get the AC going and it does not blow air out that well at all. Its rather weak and not that cold. I replaced the filters with new ones, checked the Honeywell EMM3 and the green lights are on the for the system regardless of what I try it just blows very weak. The unit is located in the attic and I got some unit outside too but I dont know what that is for. I appreciate your help ahead of time let me know what I can do for you if you have any computer related or website questions.

Answer
Doug,
The outside unit is your air conditioning condensing unit, the coolant flows through the refrigeration lines from the outside to the cooling coil inside your air handling unit, the blower in the air handler blows through the cooling coil out into the living area, the air handler has to pull air in from the return air grills, the grills shouldn't be blocked/obstructed, the filter needs to be clean, If the air flow is not enough the cooling coil will freeze and the blower can't blow air through it.
