Answer Then look for another brand. Carrier in my opinion needs ongoing repair & money. I like a unit to run forever & not need fixing. Where in Alberta? I am in Great Falls. Unit Size depends on the AFUE you want & the quality of the building (insulation, doors, design, windows, etc....) Do you get down here at all?
