Question
QUESTION: I have a Goodman Manuf. Central AC unit model # CK36-1A
Seriel # 9304161326.  I would like to know the size, capacity details of this unit.  BTU's what size it will cool, that sort of thing.
Thank You
Mike

ANSWER: Mike,
Goodman can change a model number every year, maybe even two or three times a year, I'd have a ton of catalogs clogging up my closets if I tried to save literature on every manufactures products past and present.
I have no idea what "# CK36-1A" refers to a cooling coil a condensing unit, air handler, furnace etc.
The "36" mostly likely refers to a 3 ton something or other? Your the only one who has a " 9304161326" Serial number.

QUESTION: I figured that as it is a older model.  I got these numbers off the label on the back of the Compressor.  I have a clear picture of the label but cannot seem to attach it here.
Thanks

Answer
Mike,
It's a three ton condensing unit.
One ton of cooling equals 12,000 BTU's of cooling.
Your unit is 36,000 BTU's of cooling.
One ton will cool about 400 square feet of living space with average heat gain factors about 500 sq. feet with good insulation windows and your not in the Mohave desert.
