Heating, Air Conditioning, Fridge, HVAC - Electric Furnace running strange cycle

Question
Hello,

I have a airforce central heat/air conditioning.
The Furnace is a YORK model N4AHD14A06A (located in the house)
The Heat Pump is a Lennox (located outside the house)
Both are connected to a control panel White Rogers, this panel has 4 positions:
1) COOL
2) HEAT (in this position, when the temperature outside is above 27 Fahrenheit, the heatpump will be running to provide heating. Below 27F, the furnace will take over automatically)
3) OFF
4) EMERGENCY (Bypass the heatpump to heat directly with the furnace)

Right now, I set the switch to HEAT, I set the temperature to 70F. Normally, when the temperature in the house reach 70F. The heating (fan) would stop running.
For the past two days, when it reach the desired temperature 70F. The fan would stop. The every 90 to 120 seconds, it would start running for 7 to 8 seconds, then it stops for 90-120 seconds then it start running for 7 to 8 seconds. And it keeps this infernal cycle.

I even tried to put the switch on the control panel to STOP but the cycle keep going. The only way to stop is to switch of the Bottom breaker on the furnace. (The Top breaker would switch of the control panel)

I need your advise.

Best regards
Thong

Answer
Heat pumps typically are time intiated , time terminated,  I ahve yet to see a temp delay on a heat pump, but thats what temp delays will do if set wrong,  try removing the wires off tstat subbase, red , white, yellow, orange,  common is just the neutral leg or side of the 24 v control circuit power supply,
RED is the hot leg or side of the 24 volt supply power

yellow is contactor for conensing unit outside  runs compressor

orange  is for the reversing valve (generally energized when cooling mode)

green is fan and in both heat and cool the fan must run, as well as when fan switch placed in on position, rather than auto.

jumper red wire to yellow green and orange, this is compressor, fan and reversing valve for Ac mode.

if it cyles same even with stat out then its likely a board ar relay controlling fan!
