Question I have no power to thermastat, new relay, no power from transformer. I have been looking for a fuse can't see one circuit board in outside unit has some discloration. Circuit breakers fine. This a Rheem unit, what's wrong? Replace circuit board or is there a fuse I can't see?
Answer At the transformer, verify there is 240 volts feeding it and there is 24 volts leaving it. If you do not have 240 volts, check the incoming power supply as it should be directly connected to incoming power. If you have 240 but not 24, the transformer is defective. Thanks J
