Question hello: I have a Rudd 90 Plus, the furnace is doing 2 different things:
flame shuts down but the fan/blower is still going, blows cold air.
the flame and fan/blower shut down, the furnace is still running but will not restart itself. any help/advice you could give me would be great.
Thank you

Answer The fan is controlled by a fail safe control to keep the fan on to prevent the heat exchanger from damage. There is either a failed safety control, or one that is working as designed and there is a system problem. The unit will have to be tested on site to determine what is shutting the burn cycle down.
