Question I have tried to restart my heater by pressing the restart button;the pump or motor start but the burners wont lit. What should i do next
Answer Try turning the power off to the unit, wait 5 minutes and turn it back on. If it works even for one cycle then shuts down again, a safety is shutting the unit down and needs to be tested on site. Turning the power off and back on resets the control circuit and would be dangerous to continue doing but for testing purposes it can be done once. Thanks J
