Question
Hi Howard, thanks for taking my question:When charging a system that has a sight glass on the liquid line, should refrigerant be added until the sight glass shows no bubbles?Does this work on all systems? No speceial applications. Thanks Howard.     Gregg

Answer
It's better than nothing Gregg. But it can show bubbles & be over/under charged. The type of expansion thing you have at the evaporator coil can make a difference too. An expansion valve or capillary tubes will. But there can be a tolerance in the freon amount you will never notice.
