Question Howard, thought I might need to change a fan belt or oil a motor but now I see no belt...squealing noise, from chest hieght of the unit ? sound like the combustion air inducer ??
Answer Belt driven blower motors stopped many years ago. Sure had to keep many, many sizes on the truck. No more !!!Some of the draft inducers have oil ports, some don't. It will be different if oil helps, hearing the squeal. Can be fairly expensive. Easy to change out.
