Question
Everything in the freezer seems solid and frozen except ice cream which turns to mush. 11 year old unit and has run fine until now. ??

Answer
Hi Ed,
Soft ice cream is typically the beginning of a bigger temperature rise.  How about the model number so I can see what you see.  Next up, did it make any unusual noises recently, is there ice on the rear wall of the freezer?  How is the food in the fresh food section.  The more info you give, the better our response will be simply because your descriptions can narrow down the possibilities.  Thank you, I will wait to hear from you.  Oh, model number can be found on the left wall or ceiling up top or inside the bottom area.  It will say model number.  Ann
