Question
Damper between fridge and freezer stuck ? Temp in fridge too high and freezer frosting up. Model #GSS221FPDWW

Answer
Remove all the food and then shelving from the freezer section and then remove the rear inside panel.  Next, take a look at the frost pattern and tell me if it is fully frosted...left to right and top to bottom.  While in there, please defrost all the frost/ice using a hair dryer.   Once there is not one speck of frost on the coils, in vents, or in drain lines, reassemble and allow to run 24 hours.  Within this time span, everything should be working well......HOWEVER...it will not last before building up with frost again if this is the case.

Waiting to hear from you,
Eric Campion
