Question My Kenmore 665-16372301 just stopped working today. I have had zero problems. This morning when I turned it on it made a funny sound - almost like water spraying hard against something. I thought it must need to be rearranged but was leaving the house so I turned it off and pushed drain. Now it fills and you can hear a soft sound like it trys to go to the next cycle but it won't. The lights work and if you push drain it will drain.
Answer Perhaps the circulation impeller snapped. The funny little sound is the motor turning but not the circulating impeller. You will have to take it apart to check this. If I can help further, I am here.....
