Question I have a 1 ton videocon split air conditioner at my home. Most of the time it does not cool i.e. the temperature on the room unit shows the temperature and remains at 31/30 deg C. There is no cooling effect. Even I got the service done 15 days back. When I informed the service person reg this he told that due to high temperature outside i.e.around 42 deg C, it is normal that AC will not cool. Pls guide and help.
