Heating, Air Conditioning, Fridge, HVAC - Sub-Zero Refrigerator

Question
QUESTION: Hello,

I have a sub zero refrigerator in my home.  My landlords are awful and will not get the unit fixed.  The lights within the fridge are all operational however the unit is not cold.  About a week ago I though that I may have left the door ajar because when I went to get some ice it had all melted.  I shut the door promptly and left it to re-chill.  The ice maker made one tray of ice that froze and I thought all was fine.  Now the unit does not get cold.  All lights work but nothing will freeze.  Do you have any suggestions as to what may be causing this.

ANSWER: Most SubZeros have two compressors, one for the refrigerator and one for the freezer.  Are both sides not cooling?  Got a model number of the unit?

Waiting to hear from you,
Eric Campion

QUESTION: It is model 361

Answer
Must be before my time and I have been in this business 31 years.  I have never heard of a model number that low...nor can I find any information on that unit.  Please double check your model number.  Where on the unit did you find this model number?

Waiting to hear from you,
Eric Campion
