QUESTION: I'm getting the Blocked Washer Arm error on our washing machine.

I inspected the washer arm and found that there was a sunflower seed and bone stuck inside the washer arm...I fixed that problem. but it still is giving me the error.  any ideas?  there is a hole on the washer arm support that looks like something else should be there but there isn't. under need that hole is a little rubber tongue sticking out?.

any help would be awesome.

Also i want to mention that after i got the gunk out of the arm, i did turn the unit's power off for an hour or so.
