Question I installed a condenser unit in a friends church, they had a comfortmaker heat pump. I installed a new condenser unit and can't get it to perform correctly, I open the airhandler and notice that the acoil was only sweating halfway up both sides and had a suction pressure of 76 and head pressure 210 and has a piston type metering device. the condenser is a high efficiency unit, could the airhandler be too old for todays condenser I assume its 20 Ayers or older. The orifice that came with the unit is 084 and the one in the unit is 098 would this cause me a problem in getting this unit to perform properly.
