Heating, Air Conditioning, Fridge, HVAC - some rooms aren't cool or warm

Question
My house is approx. 9 years old.  I have a central heat and air unit.  It does a good job of heating and cooling most of my house.  My house is one story, but has a vaulted ceiling in the middle.  The side of the house where the unit enters the house cools and heats great through the great room, but does not ever seem to heat or cool (to the same temp. as the rest of the house) in the two bedrooms on the other side of the house.  I have had someone look at this and they said that everything was O.K.  Is there anything I can do to help push the air to the other side of the house?

Answer
If you are willing to spend the money, you need to have a test and balance company out to check things out.  They will balance the air flow to keep all of the room of even temp.  They will also check to make sure the unit and ducts are sized correctly.
