Many times in condos/ apartments the main drain goes under the vanity sink --you will see a rubber hose connecting to the drain just above the P- trap connected with hose clamps --put a bucket under the drain -loosen the clamps -twist and remove the hose could be clogged in the hose or in the sink drain --clean it out and see
