Heating, Air Conditioning, Fridge, HVAC/Refrigerator doesn't cool

I have a Subzero 532 made in 1987 that has a fridge that doesn't work.  The freezer works.  The coils are clean, it hasn't been moved. The fan and light switches work.  The compressor is warm, but the coils are not.  Is there anything other than a Freon leak that would do this?  Thanks for your time.

They have independent compressors I am pretty sure.  Remove the refrigerator rear inside panel and check for a full evaporator coil.  If frost/ice built up in one section you have a freon leak,....most likely the evaporator has developed a leak.....If I can help further.....I am here..
