Heating, Air Conditioning, Fridge, HVAC/coleman furnace

my electric furnace has the following problem ; the heater will blow out hit when set on fan but won't kick off , won't do anything if thermostat set to automatic. have tried a new capacitor , didn't work. tried a new thermostat . didn't work. can't leave it on to run all the time on fan have to turn it off per breaker box. i do not have a heat pump. please help if you can. thanks.

Your heat sequencer for your electric heat elements may not be deenergizing ,you may have 24 volts ac to the sequencer when it should not. The heat sequencer also starts your blower fan.Possible your contact points on the heat relay ( sequencer )are welded together and keeping your fan and electric heat on.  Try disconnecting all your t-stat wires and mark where they go to see if problem continues. You can also disconnect the t-stat wires at the furnace instead. You should call for service, as this involves electrical troubleshooting.
