Heating, Air Conditioning, Fridge, HVAC/Weil & Mclain furnace

My furnace is running hot water out of the pipe in the rear on the left side. I've had this furnace for a very long time and this is the first. What is it and how do I stop it? Please...

What are you calling a "furnace"?
Furnaces are associated with air, Boilers are associated with water.
I need a better description of the pipe and the water flow?
My first thought reading your question is that it's a hot water boiler and the water is from the pressure relief valve?
Send a picture of both ends or give a description of both ends?
