Heating, Air Conditioning, Fridge, HVAC/Carrier furnace blower problem

We have a Carrier furnace model 58SSC130-LC. The furnace blower sometimes works and sometimes does not. exact symptoms are as below:
We turned off the furnace for a while, maybe a day. then turned it back on then the furnace starts and goes through the whole process then the fan blower comes on to blow warm air. It would go through several cycles of this, may be couple of hours. Our furnace seems to cycle on and off too often also. Then, the furnace starts its cycle of gas coming in and igniting for a cycle then I hear motor or something clicking or getting ready to start then it starts making this humming sound and the blower won't blow the warm air. We replaced "run capacitor" on it but still the same symptom.

If I turn off the furnace for a while then turn it back on again, it seems to go through this again then end with blower making humming sound.

Can you help?

Thank you.

Briefly looked up your model, says you have a time delay fan relay , once it calls for heat aprox. after 60 seconds the blower fan comes on, after t-stat satisfies the blower fan relay contacts open after 135 seconds to shut off the motor. If those are somewhat correct times, chances are your motor is going bad. Replacing the motor run capacitor is fine but in my opinion you need a new motor and new capacitor matched to the new motor. If your handy with a meter , set it to voltage AC scale and find the two power wires feeding the motor should be  a common and low speed then run your system , if you have 115 volts feeding the blower motor when your calling for heat and the motor is not turning or it's dropping out but you have a constant voltage reading ,your motor is bad.
