Heating, Air Conditioning, Fridge, HVAC/Furnace not working

I have an American Standard Model add080c936e0. I awoke and the fuse had blown to it. I replaced it and now the furnace tries to kick on but displays a blinking error indicator light of 4 fast blinks in succession.  I don't see the gas burners firing nor am I getting the circulation FAN to kick on? I have seen older posts saying that....
4 Flashes --- Open Temperature Limit Circuit
but I don't know what to try next? Can anyone help? Of course it is a Sunday and we are in a blizzard snow storm in Denver CO! Can anyone help?

Put fan at t-stat to fan on from auto, your blower fan should start, if not open blower door panel and free spin your blower wheel it may be bound up or you have a bad blower motor. Open temp. limit would be a good indication your blower fan is not running, you also may have plugged air filters . Your high limit control may be a manual resettable type . An open limit control will keep your main gas from coming on.
