Question
only one zone working how to work other damper

Answer
Corey,
Check the low voltage wiring from your thermostat to the damper motor.
Check the low voltage at the damper motor when the thermostat is calling for heat or cool at that zone to see if your getting power.
When the thermostat calls for heat or cool it activates the damper first, when the damper opens it closes a switch that activates the rest.
Or  you might just have a stuck damper?
