Heating, Air Conditioning, Fridge, HVAC/HVAC Ducting going into blower
I have a custom home that was completed in 2007 in Arizona. I have had a lot of health issues and odors in the home when the central air is running and have tried a lot of different air filters. I noticed that the way my upstairs central unit is ducted that "after" the air goes through the air filter it then goes into a mostly sealed area that the blower sits on which consists of construction materials such as raw woods, foam from ICF's, plumbing lines, concrete, drywall, dust etc all enclosed by either sheet metals or drywall on the exterior of this structure. Once the filtered air flows through this area of all raw construction materials it goes into the blower and back into the home. The company that did this came out and assured me that was normal procedure back when it was installed and there is nothing they can do. Is this true that filtered air is legally allowed to pass by raw materials know for VOC's and potential mold issues after it is filtered?
