Question
Your indoor unit is running but the outdoor unit is not.  Also, the circuit breaker keeps tripping!

Answer
Mario,
The inside unit run's on 110 volt circuit breaker, the outside unit runs on 220 volt circuit breaker.
If the 220 breaker is tripping it's because the of over load on the condenser fan motor, or the compressor.
you need an amp meter to see which is overloading according to electrical information on the outside unit.
