check the cct board and look for pop'd capacitors - anything of any components maybe burned or shown as burned. check all piping and possibly bend the flex pipes around. Check for any perforations the installer might have heavy handed pushed into place at setup time. Check all connections wiggle them a little pull and push home to end points. Finger snap any motor like modules - possibly the inside gear might be slightly stuck - a little vibration might free it back to working condition. check any fuses on cct board -
