Question
I'm not sure where to start. I've tried a little bit of each, but I'm not sure what the right way is for a death style vocal. I've heard it has to come from you abdomen, and to not sing from your throat, but how do I know if I'm doing it right? Also, when I tried before, I'd start to burp and hic-up a lot. Mainly I want to know what it means to have a good death vocal sound and how to practice. Thanks.

Answer
Death vocal sound I would say that it does come from deep within you. Burping and the Hick up is probably that you need to keep practicing. Like they say practice makes perfect.  Death Vocals are very deep so you got to put a lot of energy to it. It does take a lot of breathe out of you. So just keep practicing and you will get it right.
