Help with College & Grad School Applications - college - I really don't know who to ask

Question
Ok, I'm a sophomore, soon to be junior. I want to be an ARNP (
Advanced registered nurse practitioner ) and I know I need my BSN, then work
for a year, get my masters then take a test to get my license. I have
tried to get help from my mom and school counselor and either they don't
take me seriously or are just lazy, cause I have to do this all by
myself.  We have a 2 year college near by ( Highland Community College )
and I was wondering if I could take classes there my junior and senior
year, what do I take? How much will it cost? How do I register?

Give me all you got : ) Thanks a bunch
