Question I have to send a resume for my grad school application. I got my bachelor's degree in 2003. Given that I graduated that long ago, should I include clubs and organizations that I was involved during college or should my resume be the same as if I was applying for a job?
Answer Hi, Lamika.
Most grad programs are looking for more than just a resume. They usually want what is called a personal statement or letter of intent.
I have a complete, free booklet on writing these, along with other strategies for making sure you can submit a competitive application. You can access this booklet at http://www.cuttsreviews.com/jcutts/ Follow the links to the free booklet and fill out the form.
