Hi Josh,
I'm in the process of writing a research paper concerning the "Hemingway code hero" and its presence in "For Whom The Bell Tolls". Unfortunately, I was not able to find many detailed, credible sources on the net nor any books concerning the subject above. Could you give me a more detailed explanation for the "Hemingway code hero" and perhaps a number of reliable and elaborate sources (either internet or books)?
