Hi Devon,
Jimi, or rather Jimmy, started at Seattle's Rainer Vista School in September 1948 and also spent two months at a primary school in Vancouver in the fall of 1949. Because his family moved frequently, he then attended three different elementary schools before eventually going to Junior High in September 1955 (his last primary years were at Leschi Elementary Schhol). Then it was Garfield High after that.
