Question
I am 55 years old female with COPD and weight 230 lbs.  I have started to exercise to try to loose weight.  Can you suggest a regime for me along with herbs for weight loss and improved health and body cleansing.  I really need your advise.

Dear Evelyn,

There are herbal shops that carry cleansing tea to help clean your system to start.  As far as exercise, perform light aerobic to start with.  Perform for about 1/2 hours and build up a sweat.  Along with that, watch your diet.  Eliminate greasy or fried food and have a balance food intake.
