Question Dear sir, i'm about 40 years, i had severe depression about 6-7 years back, i was not able to communicate with people, all the time was nervous, even with slightest of stimulation like bell ringing, my heart start to run fast etc. i was not able to go out becuase i felt everything spinning and i get tense and start palpitations like 200 beats per minute etc. i saw a psychiatrist who prescribed some antidepressant and now im well by the grace of Allah.. i was given 40 mg tablets i taper it to 10 mg now. but it is very difficult for me to stop it all togheter. im also using some very low dose anti anxiety, which as well i[m una ble to stop. i'm fine almost 90-95%. the only thing that i still have problem with.. is HEIGHT and SPEED. i cannnot go to another place by plane.. i feels same old palpitaions and dry mouth and nervousness etc. even by thinking of aeroplane..
i've got immigrant visa of usa, which will expire in 6 months. but i'm unable to go to usa becasue of situation.anyway. the only thing that i need from you is to know any herbal treatment that can help me stopping all me anti depressant and anti anxiety.

i understand your problem, may i advice you to stop the antidepressants, I suggest you to take daily 1 Amla (Gooseberry) if you can get in your place or else get tab Amla c one pill twice daily and Tab Valerian one pill twice daily.
