Answer
Hello Suresh,

Baldness or loss of hair is referred to as alopecia. In addition to heredity, factors that promote hair loss include poor circulation, acute illness, surgery, radiation exposure, skin disease, sudden weight loss, high fever, iron deficiency, diabetes,
thyroid disease, stress, vitamin deficiency, and prescription drugs.

Nutrients

Essential Fatty Acids---as directed---Improves hair texture. Prevents dry brittle hair.

Coenzyme Q 10---60mg daily---Improves scalp circulation.

Use apple cider vinegar and sage tea as a rinse to help hair grow.
Massage your scalp daily.

Eat plenty of foods high in biotin and/or take supplemental biotin.
This is needed for healthy hair and skin and may prevent hair loss.

Good sources are: Brewer's Yeast, brown rice, bulgar, green peas, lentils, oats, soybeans, sunflower seeds, and walnuts.

Eat plenty of cold water fish to obtain Essential Fatty Acids. Salmon, tuna, and sardines are good sources. Also take evening primrose oil.

Best wishes,
Dennis
