Question
Hey, So I'm on a diet to loose weight and so on.
What are some plants that can be home grown and store bought that will help me loose weight and relax/rebuild muscle?

Does mint plants do any of that?
If it does how can I use it? Tea?

Thanks

Answer
I do have a weight loss tea that I sell You can look at it online at www.naturalcomfortteas.com  One thing you can do is grow stevia for sweetening you foods and teas  You need a small amount, when you use it and there isnot sugar in the product Easy to grow.  Mint is good for digestion and you can use fresh or dry it in a cool place by hanging upside down out of the sun.  When dry just take off the lieaves by stripping the stem and put in a jar out of the sun. Use one teaspoon per cup.  Catnip would be good to grow for relaxing Same drying process. Only thing I know of th build muscle is exercise.  Jayne
