Question
I have a consistently low white blood count - latest blood test is 1,700 although has gone slightly lower. What can I do to help increase my white cell count? I feel a level of concern that I feel so fatigued and have muscle stiffness - and yet am an otherwise healthy, fit woman

Answer
Echinacea has been reported to raise white blood cell count. I don't now if you can get this product . It's called Miracle II . It will help with the stiffness and balance the ph in the body. It is a good product for so many things.  Check into it. Jayne
