Question
I am reading a book on nutritional healing and i have a few problems that require a number of vitamins and supplements.  now how do i know which ones that maybe don't mix with others and how long do you take them for?  I am drinking only 1 cup of kefir that i make at home with raw milk, fish oil, nac, co-Q10, vitamin c powder in my water and now i am adding pure acai liquid.  do you think this is too much? i have a few health problems that i am trying to work with myself. My main problem is my weight. i have a fatty liver, hernia (stomach) sarcodosis and arthritis what do you think? i don't have a lot of money to afford a dr.

Answer
Hi dee,

Dealing with numerous ailments at one time is difficult. I think you are pretty well set here. Do not exceed 60-100 mg of Coenzyme Q-10 per day.

Remember, if something is causing you to feel worse, discontinue use.

Also 500 mg of Milk Thistle 2 times a day will help protect your liver. Also Dandelion Root is a wonderful blood cleanser. Follow package directions.

Alfalfa is a great source of vitamin K, which your body needs to heal.

I am concerned about your Sarcoidosis. This problem can be tricky. I am going to post you link to more raw food treatment. It is a lengthy article, read through if at you leisure, there is some good advice on raw food therapy.
