Hello Sir,

I have those symptoms shortness of breath chest pain left side behind sternum heart area and numbeness and when i talk or eat i am short of breath and can not take deep breath. It has been going for 4 months now, i did some blood test and chest x ray pulmonary function stress and echocardio and it did not show anything, but when i put my symptoms on symptoms checker i always get some problem in the heart and or anxiety disorder , but basically it always shows cornary artery disease. I know that tests can not always give the right outcome, and i need you to help me out how to get rid of my symtoms using herbs, because now i can not do anything and i told me dr that my SOB is continous and when i talk i am SOB.

So i think it is a heart problem and arteries but did not show in the tests i did , what herbs do you advise me to take, i take some garlic and vitamin c hawthborne berry and pomogrande, omega 3 , niacin  , v b , do you have any advice for me. specially to unclog arteries naturally

Thank you

ANSWER: Hi Mark,

You are taking some very good supplements to help strengthen a heart condition. Before we discuss that, let's see how we can get to a correct diagnosis that will go a long way in improving your condition. Some times the symptoms can be difficult to diagnose or are misleading.

I would ask my doctor if he could administer a test called a spirometry (a procedure that measures air taken in and out of the lungs). Asthma can be difficult to diagnose and should be ruled out. There is also Cardiac asthma is a condition that causes asthma-like symptoms that are caused by the heart.

Anxiety disorder is a far more common problem than was once thought. A person having a panic attack often believe he or she is experiencing a heart attack. Shortness of breath is a common symptom.

For clogged arteries (Arterioscerosis): Garlic is very good. Omega 3 (Essential Fatty Acids) is very good. Also Vitamin C. Hawthorn berry is very good plus it strengthens the heart muscle.

These are all very safe to take.

I would add 1,500 mg of calcium daily. This is needed to maintain proper muscle tone in the arteries. Add 750 mg of magnesium and 400 mg of vitamin D daily. Use chelate forms.

I would add 100 mg Coenzyme Q10 daily to improve tissue oxygenation.

Another helpful herb to take Cayenne (capsicum).

Eat a high fiber diet low in fat and cholesterol. Fruits, vegetables, and grains should be your main foods.

I would take Catnip tea, Motherwort, and Passionflower to promote relaxation.

Skullcap and Valerian root can be taken at night to help prevent panic attacks.

Where is your numbness?

Mark, I hope this will help. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help. There is something causing your SOB. I hope you find it soon.

Best wishes,
Dennis

QUESTION:  Thank you, but i did a pulomnary function test and respiroter also and it is normal. echocardiogram nuclear stress test also was normal.

So i dont what else i can do

Answer
Hi Mark,

First off. Let's start by doing some of the things I suggested earlier. Especially the relaxing teas.

Diet

Eat high-fiber foods that are low in fat and cholesterol. Fruits, vegetables, and grains should be your main foods.

Eat plenty of foods rich in vitamin E to improve circulation. Good choices include dark green leafy vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, soybeans, wheat germ, and whole grains.

Use only cold-pressed olive oil or unrefined canola oil (in moderate amounts) as fats in the diet. Do not heat these.

Drink only purified water.

Do not eat candies, chips, fried foods, gravies, junk foods, etc.

Maintain a healthy weight and learn techniques to handle stress that cannot be avoided.

Get moderate exercise. A daily walk is good.

Periodically monitor your blood pressure. Do not smoke.

Mark, let's try these suggestions for a while and see if they help. Keep me informed on your progress.

Best wishes,
Dennis
