Question
My name is Daryl Goudreau and I live in Sudbury
,Ontario, Canada. I have been suffering with a Low thyroid and Adrenal problems that make me feel hyper for 15 years. I take 0.175mg of Sythroid/per day as well as 1320mg od kelp/perday and 850mg of Siberean Ginseng/perday. The good news is that i have been progressively getting better over the years. The bad news is that i'm sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I could use a little of your help. Darryl.God Bless.

Answer
Sounds like you are on the right track Licorice root and astragulus is for adrenals.  Irish moss for thyriod You may want to add those to your regimen.  To calm yourself you amy take passion flower .  I understand you are sick of being sick. Look at your diet. Do your drink soda or coffee.  Do you eat plenty of fruits and veggies.  Cut down on red meat and processed foods. Drink 2 quarts of water a day.  It is work but worth it. Jayne
