Question
Respected Expert, I hope my mail finds you in well-being. My name is Yasir, and I am 26 years old male, and married since 6 months. I have a history of being tense, though rarely, which causes me severe headache and oftenly migrain. Before getting married, I also have a long history of doing a lot of masturbation atleast thrice a day, always before sleep. However after marriage, I have never masturbated at all. I must also tell you that I am a regular smoker, smoking atleast 20 cigrettes a day. (Brand name is Benson & Hedges). Being tense oftenly, I have a slight hypertension, for which doctor suggested me a daily walk but my laziness does not allow me for it. To top it off, I am also suffering from obesity in only the abdominal area. While my arms, chest, legs and all other areas do not look so fatty as much as my abdomen looks. Whether I have any complications for abdominal distention, I consulted hundred and one doctors and have gone through all tests which speak volumes for my normal  health and categeorized me having simple obesity.
After getting married, I was enjoying a lot of sex for about four months. But since two months I am confronting two threats in my sex drive, the one premature ejaculation, and the other, no further erection after I ejaculate prematurely. I have been reading many answers for the above disorders, and even tried some of the tips of several experts like, breathing deep, taking hot bath for relaxation before sex, and having a lot of foreplay. Ironically, none of the tip offers any permanent or promising solution. I not only feel embrass but also go into further depression which inevitably affects my studies, my job and my behaviour. I have also visited a number of websites for men's health and carefully read the drugs with their sideeffects, out of which, Viagra, Levitra and Cialis deserve mention. But what I truely wish is that, I want a solution without drugs. Being a student of medicine, I am very much aware of sideffects, hence, I do not feel comfortable switching to medicines. Besides sideffects, my immunity will be immunized and therefore I will have to take a higher dose in any phase of age.
With due respect I beg for your help. Kindly suggest me such a technique which can help me having a pleasurable and long lasting sex without premature ejaculation and a promising another erection after a long sex drive.
I will remain highly grateful to you. Thanking you in advance.

Answer
Hi Yasir,

GREAT question! And thank you for being so descriptive. It helps me really determine the best nutritional "fit" for you.

There are several things you can do: First, have you heard of kegel exercises? If not, here's a great link http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/45806/kegel_exercises_for_men_improve_t...

I completely understand that being tense can have a very negative effect on your sex drive. The problem is sometimes that when you try the relaxation techniques to combat the stress, you often end up trying to hard not to be tense--and you may be physically relaxed, but your mind is racing to determine whether you're "doing it right." :0)

I'm not going to tell you to stop smoking, because I know how difficult that can be, and it doesn't have a whole lot to do with your premature ejaculation problem. And studies of people with obesity have in several cases shown enhanced--not decreased--sex drive, so if the doctors are telling you your weight has something to do with it, ignore them :0)

I'd HIGHLY recommend Viapro--this seems to be extraordinarily effective with the majority of men who use it. I recently answered another question about this supplement:

I'd recommend buying your first viapro pills from this web site:

https://secure.viapropills.com/order/?w=viapropills.com&flid=&af=1130&pid=

because they offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you like the viapro, you can start buying it from less expensive places.

Well, Yasir, I hope this was helpful to you. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Have you ever stepped into a GNC (nutritional supplement store) and been COMPLETELY overwhelmed by all those choices? ***You don't have to be!*** See, I've spent my entire life researching those supplements. I once had about seven different doctors put me on all different medications and hope one of them worked. THAT'S when I began working with alternative herbals, and I've been doing it ever since. I've gotten the "scoop" on everything that lines those shelves, and then some. I can help you with WHATEVER you need to know--and if I don't know the answer, I'll research it until I do! This is FUN for me. This is my passion. Ask away!!!

Experience

When I was two years old, I almost died. Then again at 3, 5, 6...I've been surrounded by medical professionals my entire life...but none of them knew much about how the body works. So I did my own research. I learned what they don't teach in the Western Medicinal. Western medicine treats the SYMPTOMS without looking at the underlying CAUSES of health challenges. When the body has everything it needs to be healthy, it will be. When it's lacking a vital nutrient or combination of nutrients, it will get sick. When it has what it needs, it can be RADIANTLY healthy! If you're reviewing applications, my guess is you already know all that...I'm probably preaching to the choir! I'm passionate about this topic--it's my life. (Well, my fun life. I'm a writer--that's what pays the bills!:))

Organizations
I'm an active member of DailyStrength.org; my passion is helping people (emotionally and physically). I also helped Katie Jay develop the National Association for Weight Loss Surgery (nutritional research and eating disorder support group).

Education/Credentials
I don't practice medicine.:) I once had seven different doctors put me on all different medications and hope one of them worked. (Nothing against doctors in general. Some of my best friends are doctors. I'd just very much like to see herbology become a bigger part of the medical field.) I've done lots of research, taken plenty of classes, but have no medical degree. Hope that's all right!

Past/Present Clients
Thanks for considering me! I work from home, so I'm online quite a bit. I'd love to help as many people as possible.
