Question
Why are my two Hermit Crabs fighting right after molting??? One of them changed shells and they are getting into fights now, they have never done this before. Please help me help them get back to their normal selfs again.                                                                                                                                                  Thank You,Samantha

Answer
Odds are you have got some shell aggression. First, give both a dip in the water dish to dilute the molt hormone smell.

Does one seem to be the attacker and the other the attackee? If that is the case then buy several shells that are similar the crab being attacked and that should do the trick.
